We specialise in remedial timber treatments and basement waterproofing. We are approved installers for Helafix and offer a structural repair and reinforcement service as a Helafix approved contractor. Kilrot carry out surveys and issue written reports and estimates for the above works. All contracts are personally supervised by the owner and the work is undertaken by our staff of highly trained technicians, all of whom undergo regular training programmes. Our technicians are supported by our office team, who help to ensure that all works are completed to the highest standard and to guarantee customer satisfaction. Kilrot supply a 30 year guarantee on damp proofing and timber treatments and also offer a 20 year insurance backed guarantee with Guarantee Protection Administration covering woodworm, dry rot, wet rot, damp and tanking, should it be required. Kilrot are members of the British Wood Preserving & Damp Proofing Association, Construction Line and the Association of Accredited Wykamol Users. These are professional bodies who ensure that the highest standards are maintained within the remedial treatment industry. We are a quality controlled firm to ISO 9002 standards. Kilrot are also members of the Quality Mark, a scheme administered by the DTI.
